Generator Supply & Installation

Generator sets specified around your actual load, from sizing through installation and commissioning. Automatic transfer switches (ATS) and battery chargers can be supplied together with the set.

Every site is different: total load, the inrush current when motors start, the space in the generator room and the exhaust route. Getting these right up front is what keeps you from buying a set that is too small to carry the load, or paying for capacity you will never use. We take part in the assessment from the sizing stage onward. Once installed, the set is run under load and only handed over when the readings check out, with operator training completed on site. Sets up to 2.5 tonnes are transported and lifted with our own boom truck, so scheduling does not depend on a third party. Heavier sets are lifted by the crane team we have worked with for years, still coordinated by us.

  • American, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese brands
  • Diesel and petrol engines, AC and DC generator sets
  • ATS and battery chargers supplied; installed by our technicians or a partner contractor depending on the site
  • Sets up to 2.5 t lifted with our own boom truck; heavier sets with our regular crane partner
  • Commissioning, load testing and operator training

Scope of work: the generator set itself is assembled and commissioned by our own technicians. Automatic transfer switches and battery chargers are supplied by us; installation is assigned according to site conditions. Electrical wiring from the set to your distribution board and ATS must, under Taiwanese regulations, be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. We contact and coordinate these partners on your behalf, or you may appoint your own.

Breakdown Repair & On-Site Service

A set that will not start, trips out, makes an unusual noise or leaks oil: we diagnose on site, quote, and start work once you approve.

Faults rarely have a single cause. A set that will not start may come down to the battery, the starter motor, or air in the fuel system. We identify the cause on site, then set out clearly what needs replacing and what it will cost. Work begins only after you approve, and nothing is added to the bill without your agreement. If a repair does not make economic sense, we will say so and give you the alternative. Common parts are kept in stock, so where the replacement can be done on the spot it is done on the spot — no waiting on delivery.

Generator Rental

Currently limited to existing contract customers (state-owned fuel stations, convenience store chains)

Temporary power and shutdown backup for our long-standing contract customers, including transport and positioning (sets over 2.5 t are lifted by our crane partner). The set is supplied on its own; electrical connection is not included and should be carried out by your own licensed electrical contractor. We are not taking on general rental enquiries at this time.

Scheduled Maintenance & Annual Contracts

A standby set sits idle most of its life. Whether it will actually start is something you find out during an outage — unless you test it. Scheduled maintenance and test runs are the only way to know in advance.

Because a standby set does not run day to day, problems go unnoticed. The battery goes flat, the oil degrades, the belts harden — and none of it shows until the mains drop and the set fails to start. At that point the cost is not the repair bill; it is the production line standing still. Scheduled maintenance turns that risk into routine: consumables replaced on cycle, test runs carried out, readings recorded.

  • Oil, filters, coolant and belt checks on a set cycle
  • Off-load and on-load test runs to confirm the set actually starts
  • Battery and transfer system health checks
  • Annual contracts, with scheduling reminders before each service is due

Working with us

Four steps between your first call and a set that runs.

1

Call us

Tell us the condition of the set, the site address and when you need it running. We will work through the rest with you.

2

Quote and site visit

We quote and, where needed, come to site to inspect. We can schedule visits across Changhua, Taichung, Nantou, Yunlin and Miaoli; other counties are quoted separately.

3

Work starts after approval

Replacement items, estimated cost and expected downtime are set out before anything begins. Work starts once you approve.

4

Completion

The set is test-run on completion and your on-site staff are shown how to operate it. Ongoing scheduled maintenance can be arranged at the same time.

Frequently asked questions

Our set will not start. How soon can someone get here?

We will schedule you as soon as we can. Arrival time depends on where our technicians are and on traffic, so we do not promise a specific hour — but we will not leave you waiting without reason.

Do you repair sets that you did not install?

Yes. We take on American, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese brands, covering the engine, the alternator, the control panel and the automatic transfer switch. Common parts are kept in stock; where an OEM part or an unusual model has to be ordered in, we will tell you the expected lead time first.

Does the work include electrical wiring?

No. The generator set itself is assembled and commissioned by our own technicians, and we supply the automatic transfer switch and battery charger. Under Taiwanese regulations, the wiring from the set to your distribution board must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. We contact and coordinate that contractor for you, or you may appoint your own — either way you deal with one point of contact, not several.

How often should a standby set be serviced?

For a typical standby set we suggest a service every six to twelve months, with regular test runs. The right interval depends on the age of the set, accumulated running hours and the environment — sets in dusty or high-temperature locations should be serviced more often.

Which areas do you cover?

Our main coverage is the five counties of Changhua, Taichung, Nantou, Yunlin and Miaoli in Central Taiwan, all of which we attend in person for assessment and testing. We can take on work elsewhere in Taiwan with travel and labour quoted separately — call and describe the situation first.

Should an old set be repaired or replaced?

Three things decide it: the age of the set, whether parts are still available, and the gap between repair cost and replacement cost. We will put both figures in front of you. If repairing it does not make economic sense, we will say so rather than take the job.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation on site and your power requirement, and we will tell you straight whether it should be repaired or replaced.
